Admissions

This package contains data regarding students who have applied and have been admitted. Information dates back to Fall 2015 and all data is updated from Campus Solutions overnight. Requesting access to this package includes reports and ad hoc access (the ability to edit and create reports).

We offer Admissions and Intro to Report Editing training to help users better understand the Admissions package as well as how to modify reports. Training is not required to request access.

Dashboards

  • Current Week YTD Admissions Summary

    Provides application counts and trends for the current week compared to the same week in prior years. Separate tabs are provided for Application counts (Applied), Admitted Application counts (Admitted), and Enrollment Deposits paid (Deposit). Filters are applied to Term Type (Spring, Summer, Fall) as well as College, Department, Plan, or Subplan.

Reports

  • Admission Progression - Undergraduate

    Displays the Department and Major for each student for each stage of the Admissions lifecycle (Application, Admission, Matriculation) in the prompted Program, Department, or Plan.

  • Admitted Students - Graduate

    Displays contact (including Preferred Phone) and admission information (including Action Reason, Undergrad College GPA, Graduate Test Scores) about admitted graduate students by program, department or plan.

  • Admitted Students - Undergraduate

    Displays contact (including Preferred Phone) and admission information (including Action Reason) about admitted undergraduate students by program, department or plan.

  • Applied Students - Graduate

    Displays contact (including Preferred Phone) and admission information (including Action Reason, Undergrad College GPA, Graduate Test Scores) about applied graduate students by program, department or plan.

  • Applied Students - Undergraduate

    Displays contact (including Preferred Phone) and admission information (including Action Reason) about applied undergraduate students by program, department or plan.

  • International Admission Progression - Continuing Education

    Displays demographic data, application status, and test score details for continuing education programs who are non-us citizens. Filter by Term.

  • International Admission Progression - Graduate

    Displays demographic data, application status and test score details for graduate programs who are non-us citizens. Filter by Term.

  • International Admission Progression - Undergraduate

    Displays demographic data, application status and test score details for undergraduate programs who are non-us citizens. Filter by Term.

  • New Transfer Student Details

    Displays a list of the New Transfer Students who have been registered for courses for the Admit term selected. This can be run by Program, Department, and Plan.

  • Summary by Week - Admitted Students

    Displays a year over year trend of admitted students University wide as well as by selected criteria, including week and department.

  • Summary by Week - Applied Students

    Displays a year over year trend of applied students University wide as well as by selected criteria, including week and department.

  • Summary by Week - Enrollment Deposits

    Displays a year over year trend of enrollment deposits paid University wide as well as by selected criteria, including week and department.

  • Test Scores Details - Graduate

    Displays the test score details by student. Is a drill through from the Graduate reports.
