Teacher Ed

This package contains information relating to students in Teacher Education programs. The content includes information related to students’ milestones, experience hours for both student teaching and pre-student teaching experiences, cooperating teachers/organizations, and student teaching placement details. Information is updated overnight.

Access is granted to faculty/staff who work with Teacher Ed students. If you believe you need access, please email eda@IllinoisState.edu and include a detailed business case with your request.

Reports

  • CBC Milestone Completers by Time Period

    Returns the students who have completed the Criminal Background Check Milestone in a selected time period.

  • CBC Milestone Status by Class

    Returns the students enrolled in the Class with milestone code as CBC.

  • Combined Teacher Ed Experience Hours

    Returns a Summary page by the Prompt, as well as details page for Approved Hours completed for each student.

  • Cooperating Teacher

    Returns the Organization (School) the Teacher Name has been associated with (Based on Organization data).

  • Cooperating Teacher Utilization

    Search by CT to show ST and PST usage. It return all students who have ever been assigned to that Cooperating Teacher.

  • Milestone Completers by Time Period

    Returns the students who have completed the selected Milestone over a time period.

  • Milestone Status by Class and Term

    Returns the Milestone status for students in the selected Terms, Classes, and Milestones.

  • Milestones by Placements and Term

    Returns the Milestone for students in the selected PPD who have a Confirmed Placement in the selected Term.

  • Milestones by Program and Plan

    Returns the Milestone status for students in the selected PPD.

  • Missing Placement by Class

    Returns the students in a class who do not have a placement. Contains a drill through Placement Details by Class.

  • Placement Details by Term

    Returns all Students enrolled in the selected Course along with Confirmed Placement information if it exists. If it does not exist, then show blank cells.

  • Placement Details - Drill Through

    This report is a drill through from Missing Placement by Class and should be accessed via that report. Contains all the placement information for all of the students in the class.

  • Pre Student Teaching Hours by Course

    Returns student Pre Student Teaching hours by experience within a selected Term and Course.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements

    Provides a list of students within the selected content area who require a student teaching placement for the selected semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Student Teaching Doc Completion

    Returns the students and related placement details who have completed their Student Teaching Evaluation.

  • Student Teaching Stipend by Term

    Returns information on stipends provided to school districts/cooperating teachers for a given term.

  • Students by Organization

    Based on Union between ST and PT results, return all students who have ever been assigned to that Organization or the Related Organization.

  • Supervisor Utilization

    Based on Placements, return all students who have ever been assigned to the ISU Clinical Supervisor.

  • View of Plan Roster - Active Teacher Ed

    This is a view of the Plan Roster - Active Teacher Ed report in Student Records. Users must have access to the original report for it to run.

    Identifies students by HEGIS code, which indicates they are a Teacher Education major, within a specified Term.

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Agriculture who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - ART

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Art who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - BIO

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Biology who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - BUS

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Business who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - CHE

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Chemistry who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - DANC

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Dance who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - ESS

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Earth Space Science who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - FCS

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Family and Consumer Science who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - GEO

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Geography who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - HIS

    Provides a list of students within the content area of History who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - HLTH

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Health who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

  • Program Student Teaching Placements - LA

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Language Arts who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.

    Provides a list of students within the content area of Foreign Language who require student teaching placement for the included semester. Includes the status of the placement, major, and placement schools.
